- What fees are involved when selling products on Khayali?
- When one of my products is purchased, how do I find out about it?

- When one of my products are purchased, how and when does the payment get to me?
Registering as a supplier on Khayali is completely free. There is also no charge for listing your items onto the site.
Once you make a sale, Khayali takes a 15% commission on the selling price of the item. We take no commission on the shipping costs.
Once a product is purchased, an email will be sent immediately to the seller, notifying him/her of the purchase. In the email there will be a link stating the order number. Once you click on the link, it will take you to a page displaying all the information on that specific order. This information includes what item was purchased, the quantity, the shipping address, etc.
For speed, accuracy and efficiency we ask our suppliers to handle all the shipping on their side. This takes out the chance of orders being sent to the wrong client or orders getting lost on the process.
On your first order on Khayali we require for you to show proof of shipment before any payment is made.
After we receive proof of shipment, we will contact you to enquiry about your preferred payment option. We will then send you the selling price (minus our commission) and the total shipping costs that apply.
After your first order is completed, any subsequent orders will be paid on Thursdays for the purchases made in arrears. In other words, if you sell an item on Sunday, you will receive your payment for that order on Thursday.
